Deposit and Cancellation Context

The purpose of a deposit is to cover some of my expenses if you cancel. I am a low volume (I take few clients over a given time compared to others in the industry) provider so every cancellation impacts me significantly. The policy is not negotiable. It is your responsibility to research my legitimacy before you try to book, not my responsibility to prove it to you.

Deposits sometimes serve as a litmus test for bad actors too. Deposits or payment upfront are standard in many industries - I pay my hairdresser a deposit, I pay ahead for flights, shows and more. I'm sure you do too. Thank you for respecting how I chose to run my business and demonstrating good faith by complying with these needs.

Deposits and Cancellation Policy

A minimum of $200 will be required to secure a booking. Bookings over 16 hour require a 50% deposit, and all international FMTY bookings require pre-payment in full. Deposits are payable at the time of booking. If you are unable or unwilling to pay a deposit immediately following our logistics discussions then you do not have a booking.

Refunds

Your deposit is not automatically refundable if you cancel less than 48 hours from our appointment. I am cognisant of my ethics when I hold your money and will often allow your to carry your deposit forward once on agreement of a rescheduled appointment.

Accepted payment methods

  • Direct deposit by OSKO for immediate arrival into my account

  • If your bank holds funds for 24 hours you must wait for this to clear before our appointment is secured. Please advise me.

  • Beem app

  • Smart ATM for cash payments direct into my account

I do not accept PayID as this has been shown to be reversible and is frequently used to scam and manipulate workers.
